We’ll work together, 1-2-1, and in a group to build your road map, help you to become ultra-efficient and support you to harness the power of a high-performing team.

Working with our proven model of leadership development, and fully endorsed by the Institute of Leadership (InstL), you and your functional line managers will build your confidence and capability to lead with resilience in every situation.

I asked Growing Vision to assist in creating a bespoke training programme for my first line team of managers and supervisors at Pall Ilfracombe (UK).  The situation I faced was one where legacy talent within my leadership team had been allowed to deplete their management skills over literally decades, meaning that I was unable to create a cultural change/engagement programme whilst simultaneously running this 700-person $0.5bn revenue facility. 

During the period of the training, we moved the key metric for the site (on-time delivery in full) from <48% to >95%. Week Three - Managing Effective Performance

By the end of week three: you will be clear on performance requirements, and how to set and manage performance expectations within a clear performance management framework.

  • How to deliver effective one-to-ones: Confidently deliver performance conversations and reviews.

Week Four - Planning and Prioritising for Success

By the end of week four you will have planned and prioritised actions to deliver on your strategy.

  • Planning: Be skilled at using simple planning tools.
  • Prioritising: Be able to recognise and prioritise the important issues, make decisions and re-prioritising where required.
  • Scheduling: Learn tools and tips to help you schedule effectively.
  • Delegation: Be confident to delegate quickly.

Week Five - Providing Focused Development

By the end of week five you will be skilled at developing others.

  • Providing Focused Development: Be able to hold development conversations, plan and deliver development actions, and create a team development plan to ensure your people have the best support available.

Week Eight - Leading and Managing Change

By the end of week eight you will be skilled at leading others through change and transition.

By the end of week eleven you will be skilled at authentically persuading and influencing others to deliver high performance and agreed outcomes.

Week Twelve - Dealing with Difficult Issues

Week Thirteen - Consolidation and Integration

By the end of week thirteen you will consolidate and integrate all of your learning so it becomes a high-performance habit.
